    Sorry to sandal

    These are beautifully made and fit to size. The ankle strap is a little tight, but I’m sure that will stretch out in time. I do have thick ankles.

    Good looking and comfortable all seasons!!

    Quick Response and Replacement

    I ordered the Sorrento Sandals based off the sizing guide after I measured my feet. The sandals arrived quite quickly and were super cute! The only issue is that I couldn't get one shoe on my foot! The left shoe fit fine but it's almost as if the straps were sewn too tight to the footbed on the right shoe and I couldn't get my foot in at all. I emailed customer service who responded super quick and sent me a code for a replacement pair. The new shoes have since arrived and both fit well. Super happy with my purchase, just a bummer there was a slight issue the first time around. Great customer service from the brand though!

    Difficult to size without trying on.

    The sandal is beautiful. Can wear with dress or pants. I read the reviews that recommended one order up in size. I believe I should have stuck with my original size as the shoe is plenty wide and I didn’t need extra room. Shipping was fast!
