All products are shipped with DHL international express.

We offer free shipping with DHL express to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most other counties.

Shipping time for most countries is 4-8 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So after you place your order it should arrive within a total of 5-10 business days.

We provide detailed tracking for every order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number via email.

United States:

Beginning August 28, 2025, new U.S. tariff regulations require that all imported goods are subject to additional duties and customs fees upon arrival. This means that when placing an order with us, customers in the United States will be responsible for paying these duties and tariffs directly, along with any handling fees charged by the courier.Currently, DHL applies a flat duties fee of $17 per order, as well as a tariff fee of around $5, depending on the product type and value. These charges are mandated by U.S. customs law and are separate from your order total at checkout.As a small business, we were caught unaware by this sudden change and had no chance to prepare in advance. We are working hard to adapt to this new regulation and remain committed to keeping our products as accessible as possible, but we kindly ask for your understanding that these charges are outside of our control.

Australia and New Zealand:

You will not incurany fees.

Canada:

A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. If you do receive a message from customers please contact us and we will be able to resolve the situation for you. You are not responsible for duties that occur.

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item or refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 30 days of your order being delivered. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We accept returns for a full refund, in this case a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. Unfortunately as a small independent company, we do not have the capacity for free returns labels, however you can arrange the most affordable shipping method.

Full refunds or an exchange will be given if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.

We are only able to issue a refund back to your original payment method. In any other cases we will issue a store credit.

We do not refund any tariffs or duties paid.

We accept exchanges on all products except final sale products.

We highly encourage to measure your foot then follow our accurate shoe size chart to know your exact size. If you are unsure of your shoe size please contact us first and we will be happy to help find you the perfect fit. In case of an exchange due to shoe sizing we do offer a store credit matching the cost of return shipping.

All shipping information is provided once you request your return through our easy return form.

In the case of final sale products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
