All products are shipped with DHL international express.
Shipping locations
We offer free shipping with DHL express to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and most other counties.
Shipping time
Each order is handmade especially for you, reflecting our slow fashion commitment to sustainability. This process takes 2–4 business days, after which shipping usually takes 3–6 business days to most countries. So, after placing your order, your item should arrive within a total of 5–10 business days.
USA Shipping
Due to recent U.S. tariff regulations, we no longer offer free shipping. However, all duties and tariffs are fully covered and included in the shipping price, so you won’t face any additional charges upon delivery. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we adapt to these changes.
Tracking
We provide detailed tracking for every order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number via email.
Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 30 days of your order being delivered.
Return shipping
We offer return facilities in the United states and Australia.
As a small independent brand, we’re unfortunately unable to provide free return labels at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose the most affordable shipping option that works best for you.
All shipping information is provided once you request your return through our easy return form.
Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund, in this case a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. Unfortunately as a small independent company, we do not have the capacity for free returns labels, however you can arrange the most affordable shipping method.
Full refunds or an exchange will be given if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.
We are only able to issue a refund back to your original payment method. In any other cases we will issue a store credit.
We do not refund any tariffs or duties paid.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on all products except final sale products.
In the case of an exchange due to shoe sizing we can issue a store credit matching your return shipping cost.
Returns for USA
We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cover the product price only. Shipping fees and any duties or tariffs are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to shipping carriers and customs authorities.
Final sale products
In the case of final sale products we do not accept returns or exchanges.

United States
Beginning August 28, 2025, new U.S. tariff regulations require that all imported goods include additional duties and customs fees.
To make things simpler for you, we’ve incorporated these costs — including duties and the new tariff law — directly into our shipping prices. This means you’ll see the full, final cost at checkout, with no extra payments or surprise fees upon delivery.
As a small business, we were caught off guard by this sudden regulation change and had to adapt quickly. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to do our best to keep our products accessible and your experience seamless.
Australia & New Zealand
You will not need to pay any duties or tariff fees.
Canada
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. If you do receive a message from customers please contact us and we will be able to resolve the situation for you. You are not responsible for duties that occur.
