Our return policy lasts for 60 days of you receiving your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 60 days of your order being delivered. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Full refunds or an exchange will be given if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. In this cases you will not need to return the item and a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are simply unhappy with your product we accept returns for a full refund, in this case a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for items that are not damaged.
We are only able to issue a refund back to your original payment method. In any other cases we will issue a store credit.
We accept exchanges on all products.
Exchanges due to shoe sizing
We highly encourage to measure your foot then follow our accurate shoe size chart to know your exact size. If you are unsure of your shoe size please contact us first and we will be happy to help find you the perfect fit. In case of an exchange due to shoe sizing we do offer a refund on exchange costs back to your original payment method.
