Duties and Tariffs
For all orders outside of the US you will not incur any fees or duties.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Beginning August 28, 2025, new U.S. tariff regulations require that all imported goods are subject to additional duties and customs fees upon arrival. This means that when placing an order with us, customers in the United States will be responsible for paying these duties and tariffs directly, along with any handling fees charged by the courier.
Currently, DHL applies a flat duties fee of $17 per order, as well as a tariff fee of around $5, depending on the product type and value. These charges are mandated by U.S. customs law and are separate from your order total at checkout.
As a small business, we were caught unaware by this sudden change and had no chance to prepare in advance. We are working hard to adapt to this new regulation and remain committed to keeping our products as accessible as possible, but we kindly ask for your understanding that these charges are outside of our control.
