We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!
Where do I enter my discount code?
During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!
Where in the world do you ship to?
We ship to most countries with DHL Express. Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping with DHL express to the US, Canada, Australia and most other counties.
Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. If you do receive a message from customers please contact us and we will be able to resolve the situation for you. You are not responsible for duties that occur.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping time for most countries is 4-8 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So after you place your order it should arrive within a total of 5-10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com.
How long do I have to return my order?
We accept returns up to 60 days from the time your order is marked delivered by DHL.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take full responsibility if anything is wrong with your order. If you receive your order and it is damaged or not the correct order please contact us. All you need to do is show us the damage or error and we will issue a full refund back to you or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I exchange my order for another size?
Yes, in regards to exchanges we offer to cover the return. Once the original order arrives at our return centre we will issue a refund of the postage cost through your original payment method.
Do you cover the cost of returns if the item is not damaged?
In regards to exchanges for sizing we will cover the cost. If however the order is not damaged and you simply wish to make a return we do not cover the cost of return. We do however offer affordable returns with our return center being based in California. You will be issued a full refund once we receive your return.
Are the products made using real leather?
Yes, we pride ourselves on supporting local communities by sourcing ethically acquired hides from local workers in Bali, Indonesia. We use genuine top quality cow, goat and sheep leather. Each hide is hand chosen and inspected thoroughly by our team, making sure we only deliver the very best.
What is sustainable shopping?
We stand against overproduction in the fashion industry, it is an environmental issue due to mass waste and pollution. We only use on-demand production by hand making your order right after purchase, this means 0% waste and overproduction.
If I am between sizes should I size up or down?
We first recommend measuring your foot and referring to our size guide for the best fit. If you do fall between to sizes we always recommend to size up.
