Our return policy lasts for 60 days of you receiving your order. We cannot guarantee a refund or exchange after 60 days of your order being delivered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Full refunds or an exchange will be given if the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. In this cases you will not need to return the item and a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are simply unhappy with your product we accept returns for a full refund, in this case a full refund will be provided once the item has been returned and inspected. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for items that are not damaged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted


We accept exchanges on all products.

We highly encourage to measure your foot then follow our accurate shoe size chart to know your exact size, we are not responsible for an incorrect order in size and do not cover the cost of return/exchange shipping. If you are still unsure of your shoe size please contact us first and we will be happy to help find you the perfect fit.
