Interesting purchase experience, took lot longer than 4 to 8 days, as claimed on their website. However, email inquiries always got answered with courtesy’.
The product was actually shipped after 3 weeks from the order date. Once shipped, It only took a few days to arrive. The tote bag was well made, simple and stylish. The website should be more truthful about the total waiting time.
