We ship worldwide with DHL Express.

We offer free shipping with DHL express to the US and most other counties.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Liberté cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT(S) TO ARRIVE?
Shipping time is only about 3-4 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So after you place your order it should arrive within a total of 4-6 business days.
CAN I TRACK MY ITEMS JOURNEY?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.

ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE USING REAL LEATHER?
Yes, we pride ourselves on supporting local communities by sourcing ethically acquired hides from local workers in Bali, Indonesia. We use genuine top quality cow, goat and sheep leather. Each hide is hand chosen and inspected thoroughly by our team, making sure we only deliver the very best.
